Hydract Valves in Our Live Pilot Plant at Au2mate Academy 👇 We are excited to introduce 4 Hydract valves in our Academy pilot plant, part of our training facility in Silkeborg. The valves installed in our pilot plant are 4 DN40 mixproof control valves with I/O link interface.   The patented hydraulic actuator technology is based on the fact that water and/or glycol solution is incompressible. The Hydract process valve is fully digital and programmable, making it possible to customize the speed and seat position.   The Hydract valve characteristics: ✅ The valve piston is hydraulically locked, ensuring it is not affected by external factors. ✅ The actuator opens and closes the valve slowly, ramping up to full velocity to reduce the risk of water hammers. ✅ Using water/glycol hydraulics leads to significant energy savings of a documented more than 95% ✅ The fully digital actuator allows for data analysis, measuring 48 different parameters. ✅ The double seat mixproof regulation valve allows inline mixing over a valve matrix. In our Academy we welcome technicians and operators from different food and beverage manufacturing sites. They receive education and hands-on training in process automation and industrial IT, often including practical exercises in our live pilot plant. The pilot plant is equipped with different solutions and components to represent both known and new technology that our visitors recognize from their own site. Next time you join a training session or visit our Academy, you will be able to see the Hydract valves in action here too. Au2mate develops and delivers process automation and industrial IT. Au2mate aims for growth! Over the next four years, the number of employees will grow from 200 to 300, while revenue will increase by 16% annually - all while maintaining a positive bottom line.
