Rhino 8 Tools | Toolbar Layout missing

Hello,

In Rhino 8, The Toolbar Layout item is missing from the Tools menu. In Options | Toolbars the Save As item does not appear. Do I have an incorrect setting somewhere?

I’m not completely sure I understand what you are looking for.
If you want to save a custom UI layout, that can be found under the Window menu:
