EXCLUSIVE: Hot on the heels of a big win at the Clio Entertainment Awards last night, transatlantic creative agency Silk Factory has made a trio of hires and opened an interactive production arm in the UK.
Stephen Schwartz and Amanda Pulver have joined as Vice Presidents, while executive producer Richard Loader will lead the interactive production division. This comes after Silk Factory launched a West Coast office in L.A. led by former Warner Bros. and Lionsgate exec Ross Necessary as COO.
Pulver has spent 10 years in L.A., but is joining Silk Factory’s London office as VP and Creative Director. She will also focus on global business development across entertainment, consumer brands and music. She has worked at companies such as Universal Pictures, Buddha Jones and Ignition in senior roles. A Clio Grand Award winner for The Harder They Fall trailer, she has previously worked on the likes of Mission Impossible: Fallout, A Quiet Place, Scream, Halloween Kills, The Black Phone, Nope, Brightburn, Old, and Apple TV+’s The Servant.
Schwartz has a 20-year career leading teams for the likes of Trailer Park Group, ABC Entertainment Marketing, Zealot, and Nickelodeon, and will be VP, Creative Director based on the East Coast. His creative portfolio includes major campaigns for scripted and unscripted series, live sports, and premium events including The Oscars, The Emmys, and The ESPYS.

Loader has worked for creative agencies such as Edelman, Visualise and Unit9 during a 15-year career. He is known for work in AV, VR and interactive live experiences for the likes of Nike and Coca-Cola.

The company has offices in London, New York and L.A. and has worked on campaigns for the likes of Deadpool and Wolverine, Barbie and The Iron Claw. Last night, Silk Factory won the Clio Entertainment Theatrical Trailer of The Year Award for the Kneecap ‘Redband’ trailer for Curzon Film. The Clio Entertainment Awards, held at the Dolby Theater, recognize outstanding work in creative marketing.
