𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐃𝐀𝐎𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲: 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 The trustworthiness reserve is a fundamental piece of how our DAO works, it is the way in which contributors can always redeem their tokens for Euros should they need to. The mechanism is to first offer them to the other contributors to trade first at the redemption rate of 1 BERLIN token to 1 Euro. If after the first 7 days the other contributors don’t purchase the tokens the contributor offering the tokens can offer them to the secondary market through an exchange.  If the contributor doesn’t redeem them on the secondary market they also have the ability after 53 days from offering the tokens internally, a contributor will be able to redeem their tokens from the Turstworthiness reserve.  This ensures that there are many ways for contributors to redeem their tokens for Euros should they wish to. During the recent months the sum in the Trustworthiness reserve has been reduced whilst we have been building towards the exciting things to to come and so the reserve needs to be re-started to ensure contributors are covered for the future. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫?  It matters because running a successful DAO like teledisko means it is important to make sure all of the contributors working on the project have the ability to redeem their tokens should they wish to and the reserve is a key part of this. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭?
