I am wondering where all the regulators for the various countries are hiding? more products mean more risk, which in turn potentially means more fraud syndicates I have noticed that underage gambling is on the increase in so many countries, so why are no companies joining hands with regulators? to help improve this?

How can match-fixing be detected? My favorite part: "We had a lot of cases in the summer in Finland, that has a very low corruption index, but after analyzing the squad of the teams involved we can see that mostly of the players were coming from Ukraine or Brazil. So actually no one place can be considered at zero risk on match fixing, it can happen everywhere because all matches are offered. Couple of days ago we had on the same day episodes in Russia, Ukraine, Israel and Palestine, four countries involved in war and where match fixing doesn’t stop during the war."

I want to share some of these experiences to help other operators be better prepared for similar situations. Key Issues I've Faced: 1. Delays and Penalties: There have been instances where payment systems delayed payouts and imposed excessive fines. The penalty scale can be quite severe: the first fine might be $25,000, the second $50,000, and so on. Recently, a known merchant was fined $50,000 by Visa and then another $400,000 for losing their MID. Additionally, merchants can add their own fines, compounding the problem. In such cases, merchants can freeze funds or withhold settlements without any investigation. This approach seems unjustified, as casinos pay high commissions, sometimes up to 12%. With such high fees, merchants should assume some risks and filter traffic more effectively. 2. Partners Refusing to Sign Contracts: Some partners have refused to sign contracts if they do not specify the penalties imposed on casino projects, leading to the termination of partnerships. 3. Threats and Abusive Language: In some situations, communication with payment system representatives has deteriorated to threats and insults. This is unacceptable and requires intervention from management and legal teams to resolve conflicts. 4. Partner Issues and Abuse: There have been instances where partners did not filter traffic on their end, leading to fines. For example, one partner once drove match traffic, resulting in a fine imposed by the merchant on us. Some merchants have even turned fines into a business model to "pocket" money from casino operators. Recommendations Based on My Experience: - Thorough Vetting of Partners: Before starting work with new partners or affiliates, it's crucial to thoroughly check their reputation and traffic quality. This can help avoid future problems. - Regular Traffic Monitoring: Constantly monitoring and analyzing traffic can help identify issues early and prevent potential fines. - Building Strong Communication: It's essential to establish trusting relationships with payment system representatives by holding regular meetings and discussions to resolve contentious issues. - Networking with Peers: Most СEO professionals in online projects are part of industry groups where they discuss challenges with specific merchants. Many of these groups have blacklists based on collective experiences. Tournaments, as a part of User Journey in Сasino Operators, and how they are tipycally arranged.  All of them have some advantages and can be used by Operators for activities, Players engagement and overall Financial results Growth. Casino Operators can hosts 3 types of tournaments: 1) Networks - tournaments organised and financed by the game provider. Any Casino Operator that the Game Provider cooperates can take part in such a tournament. The main Feature of this type of tournament is that the conditions are not adapted to a specific market, and thats not a good story. For example, the minimum bet in a tournament may be too high for a market where people have a low income. Or some missions within a tournament is based on Turnover, that also not in a favour of low income regions. But this tournaments are easy to participate for Operators. On the early stages of Casino Operators growth or for some small regions - good thing to have! 2) Local tournaments - tournaments that Operator initiate on Operators' side, but conduct on the Game Provider's tournament tool. This type of organisation is optimal. Unfortunately, not all Game Providers have a advanced tournament tool with interesting mechanics, or the ability to customize the tournaments for a specific market. Still, this tournament type might give Casino Operators pretty good, customised approach for bringing fun to the players and engage them to play more and have cool time within the games. Getting some nice prizes and of course - promote GAMES from some specific Game providers.  This tournament type is financed in a shares between Casino Operators & Casino Game Providers. 3) Manual local tournaments. The third type of tournaments that Casino Operators often conduct. Responsibility for organising such a tournament is entirely with the Casino Operators. The teams prepare the design, Terms&Conditions, landings, etc.  These type of Tournaments if 100% for the Casino Operators cost, but allow to have as much mechanics and missions and prize pool verity as it can be. I closely monitor the Dutch gambling market. 🔍 To be honest, I do not understand some of the activities of the regulator (KSA), which are aimed at protecting the market and players at risk of gambling addiction. Various types of bans and limits are being introduced that have the opposite effect, an example of which was seen in markets such as neighboring Germany. All kinds of limits on stakes or spins lead to... Strengthening illegal gambling companies. This is especially the case with online casinos. 👀 Meanwhile, the Netherlands is introducing even more extensive limits from October 1. Well, from October, new deposit limits will come into force, with different thresholds for particular age groups: - Players aged 18-24: monthly deposit limit set at €300. 💵 - Players over 24 years of age: monthly deposit limit set at €700. 💵 Of course, this involves even more surveillance of players, which is also poorly received. The worst thing about it, however, is that it will not bring the intended effect, in my opinion. It also lacks logic, why does a 25-year-old player have the right to spend more money on entertainment than a 24-year-old? 🤔 It may be that a younger player earns more and can afford to spend more on gambling entertainment. In comparison, CPA provides immediate results and money that can be quickly reinvested, making it a good option for those lacking operating assets. RS, on the other hand, can take longer to generate returns as it depends on the player's long-term activity and spending. 3️⃣ Why is CPA beginner-friendly? The CPA model is straightforward and easy to understand, affiliates know exactly how much they will earn for each acquisition and see immediate results from their efforts.
