Take a look behind the scenes of the 360-degree #VR #documentary „Walking Alone, Text You When I’m Home“. 👀 „Walking Alone, Text You When I’m Home“ is an immersive #360degree documentary directed by Vincent Abert and produced by Jessica Jesenofsky. It delves into the hidden impact of everyday sexual harassment through personal stories and abstract visuals. In 2020, as part of a collaboration with Filmuniversität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, we stepped out of our volumetric capture studio to set up our camera systems for a larger capture volume, providing even more flexibility for the planned scenes. 🎥 For projects like this, where the narrative is central and understanding the protagonist is key, volumetric capture technology is invaluable. It captures individuals in #3D from all angles, allowing seamless integration into any digital environment. 🎬 This technology enables the creation of unique digital spaces and provides the flexibility to position the protagonist wherever needed - making it a perfect fit for such innovative projects. ✨ We were glad to support this #filmuni project and to contribute to advancing storytelling and immersive experiences. 🤝🏼 Set photos: Dominik Rohrmoser #VolumetricCapture #BTS #VirtualReality #VRDocumentary #ImmersiveMedia #MeToo
