We recently held a Leadership Empowerment Workshop. This workshop gave us a chance to reflect on our six months of training, allowing us to acknowledge successes and set goals for the future. A specific highlight was establishing a future exchange format between the Board of Directors and the team leaders, fostering open communication and shared insights. The mentoring program created as part of this initiative for team leaders received overwhelmingly positive feedback, demonstrating its effectiveness in supporting the participants. We are proud of the progress made by our participants and look forward to following up on the measures initiated. 20 HR managers and experts from 11 countries gathered in Wolfsburg for the HR Strategy Workshop. This diverse group aligned their priorities, approaches, and actions for the coming years, bringing a global perspective to the plans. "We focused on the key areas the HR department at SEBN should concentrate on in the coming years and developed an early version of the roadmap to guide the new HR strategy," said Holger Kühnle, General Manager of HR. The participants actively engaged in discussions and shared ideas, contributing to a productive workshop. Today, we proudly inaugurated our new production site in Cuenca, a significant milestone for Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE and the Castilla-La Mancha region. The new facility in Cuenca means a lot to us as it will be the first production site for SEBN ES. The site complements our customer center in Pamplona, established in 2001, and our development center in Martorell, which we put into operation in 2012. As production means to put something in motion, we have chosen “Impulse” as our theme in Cuenca. We genuinely believe this opening marks the beginning of a new era and sets the course for a successful future!
