The next generation of automotive leadership starts now. When you speak to today’s automotive leaders—the visionaries shaping our mobility landscape—you often hear a familiar story. Many of them were once young enthusiasts, tinkering under the hood of their first car, learning by doing, and igniting a passion that would define their careers. That hands-on experience with gears, engines, and mechanical parts laid the groundwork for the incredible breakthroughs we achieved across the automotive industry in the past. Fast forward to today’s revolution: the Software-Defined Vehicle (#SDV). The fundamental principles of curiosity, exploration, and innovation remain unchanged, but the toolbox looks very different. Instead of wrenches and spark plugs, it’s all about code, data, and connectivity. That’s why Bosch, our portfolio company Arduino and Coursera are coming together with digital.auto to empower the next generation of automotive innovators. Whether you’re a student just getting your hands on your first microcontroller or a professional eager to upskill for the era of connected vehicles, the opportunities to learn and build are more accessible than ever. Join us for a Session together with Stefan Grosch, Member of the Board of Management at Bosch, Fabio Violante, CEO at Arduino, Mustafa Furniturewala, CTO at Coursera, and Prof. Dirk Slama, Chairman of digital.auto for the big announcement. 👉 Register here for free: https://lnkd.in/eTm9DJHA Let’s inspire the next generation of car enthusiasts, coders, and creative creators to shape the future, just as past generations did under the hood in their garages. The tools have changed, but the spirit of innovation remains the same.

Silicon carbide chips help to enable greater range and more efficient recharging in battery-electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles to provide affordable electromobility options for consumers. Bosch has reached a preliminary memorandum of terms (PMT) with the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding federal funding under the CHIPS and Science Act for our semiconductor plant in Roseville, California where we are currently investing up to $1.9 billion to transform the site. Beginning in 2026, the Bosch Roseville facility will produce chips on 200-millimeter wafers based on the pioneering SiC Bosch technology. We are also helping to build up semiconductor expertise for the future in the community around the Roseville site. The Bosch Community Fund has provided a $100,000 grant to the Sierra College Foundation for its Career Technical Education Support Fund.
