Reflex Aerospace has been selected to host ODYSSEUS Space’s Cyclops™ Space2Ground laser communication terminal on an upcoming mission, empowering rapid and secure Space2Ground data transfer. As the space industry confronts downlink bottlenecks due to limited spectrum availability in traditional radio frequency communications, Reflex and Odysseus are stepping up to demonstrate the next generation of laser communication solutions. This upcoming mission will showcase an in-orbit demonstration (IOD) of Odysseus’ Cyclops, a satellite laser terminal. We're thrilled to announce the shipment of #SIGI, our first commercial #satellite, to Vandenberg Space Force Base! From order to flight readiness in just 13 months, this 109 kg satellite represents our commitment to redefining rapid satellite deployment. SIGI will be launched aboard SpaceX's Transporter-12 Rideshare mission, marking a significant achievement in our journey to enable lightning-fast innovation in space. As Germany's first venture-backed small satellite manufacturer, we're proud to demonstrate our ability to deliver high-performance, rapidly deployable satellite solutions.
