Hydromet Africa Day 3: I had the opportunity to moderate a round of presentations and a panel discussion on financing with very experienced and knowledgeable participants from various organizations such as the World Bank, WMO, SOFF, CREWS, etc. This provided a very interesting insight into the various funding options and the support that the weather services can receive when submitting applications. Supplemented by the real experiences and expectations of the various African countries, it was an extremely helpful and stimulating discussion with many learnings.

Hydromet Africa in Pretoria goes into its second day.
