🌟✨ Continuing the Get to Know the Team Series! ✨🌟 We’re thrilled to introduce our first partner hire at MULTIPLAI, Martin Vajdl, who joins us as EVP and Partner, bringing over 20 years of senior leadership experience in procurement, business services, and sales! 🎉 Martin has a remarkable track record of building modern, people- and data-driven procurement strategies, always pushing boundaries to deliver state-of-the-art procurement and supply chain solutions. With a passion for leading diverse global teams, he combines strategic vision and hands-on expertise to transform procurement into a powerful enabler of business success. 🚀🌍 Originally from the Czech Republic, Martin studied law in Prague and initially aspired to become a criminal law judge. However, his first job revealed his fascination with the intersection of business and technology, sparking a career journey shaped by innovation and the transformative power of data and technology in decision-making. 📊⚖️ After moving to Walldorf, Germany, in 2011, Martin entered the world of procurement and later sales, continuously challenging himself by stepping into new roles. By 2017, he had become Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at Fiducia GAD, leading a transformative business and technology overhaul of procurement. In 2020, Martin took on the CPO role in asset management at Allianz Global Investors, where he built a global procurement function and a diverse team that helped position the organization as a leader in its field. Now, Martin made the exciting decision to join MULTIPLAI, recognizing the unique opportunity to blend his procurement expertise with the power of data and AI. As EVP and Partner, he is ready to deliver cutting-edge solutions that connect data, AI, and procurement, helping our clients unlock even greater value. 💡🤝 Outside of work, Martin is a true rock star—literally. He’s recently taken up playing the drums, and his passion for music is quickly becoming the beat that drives his downtime. Whether he’s cycling, traveling, or tapping out new rhythms, Martin’s energy and enthusiasm are infectious. His ability to align cutting-edge technologies with strategic business goals ensures our clients are set up for long-term success. 🤝📊   Felix’s academic journey took him across Europe, where he studied Business Administration in Münster and Sevilla, and later pursued Innovation Management in Copenhagen. It was during his time in Copenhagen that Felix discovered his passion for bridging the gap between business and technology—a passion that continues to drive his work today. 🌍📚   Not just a strategist, Felix is also a founder! While in Copenhagen, he launched a non-profit focused on teaching tech skills to students, empowering the next generation to embrace digital transformation. This initiative reflects his dedication to making technology accessible and impactful. 💡🌟   Outside of work, Felix’s adventurous spirit comes to life. A sports enthusiast, he loves road biking and has taken on impressive challenges, such as crossing the Alps, cycling the Nürburgring for 24 hours straight and just finishing his first marathon in Berlin. 🚴♂️🏔️   When not on two wheels, he’s often backpacking through places like Australia, South America, and Central America, meeting new people and gathering diverse perspectives that enrich his professional outlook. 🌏🎒   Felix’s combination of strategic thinking, technical know-how, and a passion for exploration makes him an invaluable part of the MULTIPLAI team.
