His visit underscored the importance of our advancements in the industry. It also shows a strong support for the Aschaffenburg region as a business location. 1904 – 2024: 120 years of #innovation! 🎂🎉 1904: What an exciting year! It was the year of the first New York City subway and the founding of FIFA. But it was also the year Güldner Motorenwerke laid the foundation for what is now known as Linde Material Handling. Güldner introduced many innovations, including powerful diesel engines, tractors, and even a motorcycle. In the 1950s, they revolutionized technology with the hydrostatic drive for mobile machinery. Building on this, Güldner released the first hydrostatic forklift truck, the ‘Hubtrac’, setting new standards in driving comfort and user convenience. 2024: Today, we cover the entire spectrum of material handling solutions, including automation, safety, energy solutions, and, of course, industrial trucks.
