To kick things off, meet Julianna Gava - 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗯𝗼𝗻! She’s now excelling as 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣&𝗢 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. 💡 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗗𝗼?  Julianna describes her team as a complementary duo: the backbone and the transformation. “On one side, the People operations team: a group of rockstar specialists driving many topics in our Emmies lifecycle, and on the other, cross-functional project management and process excellence team, always excited for a new challenge. The fun part? A frustrating task for one team becomes an opportunity for the other, and the diversity of profiles makes our routine dynamic and special.” 🚀 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆  Julianna began her Emma career as a Customer Excellence Trainer in Operations. “At Emma, there’s no limit to putting your hands on and driving things forward.” By doing so, momentum grew, and the learning and knowledge management team was formed - bridging the gaps between teams, enabling knowledge sharing, process clarity, and change management to enhance our customer experience. “My passion for people-related topics was growing at Emma. I always had space to share and create an impact - that’s how, in a nutshell, I joined the P&O team.” 🌱 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵  "Challenges are exciting because I know I’ll gain something valuable.” She has developed technical skills, soft skills, and leadership capabilities through leadership training, hands-on projects, and responsibilities. She credits her growth to these experiences: "They helped me learn from others and pushed me to deliver my best. Growing also raised my own bar, allowing me to provide structure, knowledge, and trust to the people I lead, helping them develop, deliver and get inspired too.” ❤️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮  “I love bringing my dog to the office, and I think people love it even more than I do- it’s genuinely therapeutic.” But above all, she values people: “Starting new projects always opens doors to meet others and create results as a diverse group.
