On International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we were honored to host Chaeli Mycroft and Zelda Mycroft of The Chaeli Campaign for an empowering fireside chat. What started as a grassroots effort to fund a single wheelchair has evolved into The Chaeli Campaign, a global movement for disability inclusion. Chaeli and Zelda reminded us how small actions—a wheelchair, a conversation, or a moment of understanding—can challenge misconceptions, break barriers, and create lasting impact. Chaeli inspired us to go beyond allyship and become "inclusion accomplices," embedding inclusive practices into our daily lives. A special thank you to Chaeli and Zelda for reminding us to create spaces where everyone can thrive, and to #KearneyEnableNetwork for organizing this impactful event.
