It's a wrap! Very much enjoyed the Academy of Management Journal Paper Development Workshop that we hosted at Durham University Business School yesterday (https://lnkd.in/e8DtbZ8m). We had a wonderful group of AMJ editors as well as an enthusiastic group of participants from across the UK contributing to the workshop, many of whom submitted interesting ideas and promising papers. The paper development sessions were constructive and highly interactive. Fortunately, there were also plenty of breaks and opportunities to socialize and network. Very good energy in the room and a great experience overall I think.   Thank you Marc Gruber, Kristen Gron and Daniel T. for organizing helping me organize the workshop. Thanks also the editors - Anne ter Wal, Denis Grégoire, and Georg von Krogh - for taking the time to come up to Durham and help participants develop their papers.
