💡 Gleichberechtigte #Forschungspartnerschaften IDOS hat als erste deutsche Einrichtung den TRUST Kodex – ein globaler Kodex für faire Forschungspartnerschaften unterzeichnet. Der Kodex enthält Grundsätze für gleichberechtigte Forschungspartnerschaften, die sich an den vier Grundwerten - Fairness, - Respekt, - Fürsorge (Care) und - Ehrlichkeit orientieren. Der Kodex erkennt an, dass Forschungspartnerschaften häufig innerhalb von Strukturen mit erheblichen Machtungleichgewichten operieren. Er gibt Orientierung, wie sichergestellt werden kann, dass Forschung auf Augenhöhe, unter Berücksichtigung lokaler Kontexte und mit einer fairen Aufteilung von Lasten und Vorteilen durchgeführt wird.
