EXPLORATION towards a VALIDATION and subsequent IMPLEMENTATION using an adpated PURPOSE ALLIANCE LAUNCHPAD innovation framework. RESEARCH ACTIVITIES are conected to the big global challenges and the UN SDG. While we have an initial focus and demonstrated expertise in the HEALTH field, we are open to any other industry and innovation segment. We want to create novel teaching methods for students and educators with the ultimate goal to stimulate entrepreneurial activities. Through our extensive academic and industrial network we are able to provide contacts and mentoring support and are also well connected to several incubators. Each generation brings unique strengths, perspectives, and motivations, challenging leaders and HR professionals to create an inclusive and effective management strategy. Here’s a look at what motivates each generation and the implications for HR - check out whether these match your observations and share your comments! 👴 Baby Boomers (1946-1964): Often motivated by stability, loyalty, and recognition for hard work. They involve linear value chains where businesses produce a product or service, and customers purchase it directly.
