The opening of the first tankpool24 hydrogen station in Neumünster, Germany, this month and the introduction of HVO100 at more than 50 filling stations mark an important step towards a greener and more sustainable future.   Why HVO100 & hydrogen?  HVO100 and hydrogen are promising, low-emission alternatives for heavy-duty transportation. We are pleased to offer access to a growing network of alternative fuels, including 1,800 HVO100 stations across Europe. Expansions like this enable us to continuously expand our network and make sustainable alternatives increasingly accessible to the heavy-duty transport sector. Behind the Scenes of IT Excellence: A Visit to OEDIV’s Data Center 💻 Last month, our IT apprentices and the infrastructure team had the fantastic opportunity to visit OEDIV KG in Bielefeld and gain fascinating insights into one of their data centers. After a brief company presentation, the tour began with an underground tunnel leading straight to the data center. There, we explored essential systems like the emergency power generator, fire suppression system, and air-cooling technology that uses raised floors to supply cold air to the servers. The highlight of the visit? Getting up close to the servers and switches - the beating heart of the data center. It was truly impressive to see the immense computing power concentrated in such a compact space and the advanced technology behind it. A big thank you to OEDIV for providing these valuable insights, and to our IT trainers Heike Kappler, Nick Ludwig, Nils Stölzel, Stephan Schenk, and Tobias Gockel for organizing this memorable experience! 🤝 #YouDriveWeCare #Mobility #IT #Development #Data

The European Excellence Awards, hosted by Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH, were created to honor the most outstanding achievements of communications professionals in their field. It feels great to be awarded and recognized as one the of the best among 700 #EEA2024 submissions. 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗯 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 ⚡🚛 Last week, Milence inaugurated a charging hub with four charge points offering up to 400 kW charging capacity for trucks near the Hermsdorfer Kreuz. A special moment that our colleagues Stephan Böttger and Jörg Madlowski accompanied on-site. Located near the Hermsdorfer Kreuz, a key trans-European hub connecting Berlin, Southern Germany, and Eastern Europe, this charging hub is a game-changer for the road freight industry. After successful launches in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Sweden, Milence is now accelerating the road to zero emissions in Germany: simultaneously a charge hub was launched in Vockerode and 6 more charging hubs are already planned in Germany next to 10 more in Europe.
