We had the honor of participating in the Parliamentary Breakfast organized by the Metropolregion Rheinland at the State Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia. The event brought key political and industrial players together to discuss the immense potential of the circular economy in driving sustainability and climate neutrality in NRW and beyond. Mona Neubaur, Deputy Minister-President and Minister for Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Action, and Energy of NRW, delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the critical role of the circular economy for NRW’s future. She highlighted Circular Valley as a central actor in this transition, reinforcing the value of partnerships between politics, business, and society. Our team engaged in meaningful conversations with Members of Parliament, discussing how Circular Valley can contribute to shaping actionable solutions. We were thrilled to see strong cross-party interest in advancing the circular economy and its integration into policymaking. Political engagement is essential to keep this topic high on the agenda and to ensure tangible progress. Thank you to the Metropolregion Rheinland for hosting this impactful event and to all participants for their inspiring contributions. Let's keep making progress for a circular future! 💪
