As this year is nearing its end, I wanted to reflect on what has been without a doubt one of most difficult yet most rewarding year of my life, both personally and professionally. After 10 years of leaving Bolivia to pursue my professional career in Mexico, I’ve finally obtained my permanent residency in this beautiful country. This year also marks my second aniversary with Bosch Manufacturing Solutions. During which I lead projects for BMG7 in collaboration with 3 other BMG locations in Germany, China and India & worked in close relations with lead plants in Answach, Blaichach, Glenrothes for customers in QueP1, AguP & JuP. I cannot overstate how rewarding is to work with intercultural teams from all over the world, and by doing so getting to now incredible people along the way. It is through the close collaboration and team effort that we have been able to deliver lines in record times and implement state of the arch production lines in several locations in Mexico that for sure will drive innovation and regional leadership for automotive industries in the Americas. I really look forward to the new opportunities that will come with Bosch for 2025 #likeabosch.
