Proud to Shape the Future of 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 at BioMed X Institute. As one of my Onboarding activities, I was honored to represent BioMed X at the recent "HR Breakfast" focus on Employer Branding workshop organized by bioRN Life Science Cluster. This event wasn’t just about strategies and best practices —it was about finding practical and "low hanging fruits" ideas to help our Institute in our aim to: 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀🌍 For me, this challenge is deeply personal. AI-Driven Drug Development: Safer, But Is It also More Effective?🚀 Recent studies (link in first comment) reveal that #AI-derived drugs have a higher success rate in phase 1 clinical trials compared to historic averages. 💡From Lab to Hometown: Dr. Stefanie Bärthel shares her research at her hometown during the Heimspiel Wissenschaft! 💡   We’re proud to share that our Team #NST Group Leader, Stefanie Bärthel, was selected to present her research at the Heimspiel Wissenschaft on November 22! 🧬🗣️   Heimspiel Wissenschaft is a joint project by the Hochschulrektorenkonferenz (HRK), the science communication agency con gressa, and the #WisskommLab of the Heidelberg University, with the mission of making science accessible to local communities. 🏡🔬   Returning to her hometown in East Germany, Stefanie captivated the audience with her presentation titled: „Geheime Gespräche im Tumor: Wie Tumor- und Immunzellen miteinander kommunizieren” (Secret conversations inside a tumor: How tumor and immune cells communicate with each other). 🧑🔬🧠   This initiative, funded by the BMBF, brings researchers back to their roots, allowing them to share their groundbreaking work with local communities.   💬 "It was a great experience to share my research on tumor-immune cell communication with my hometown community.
