🌟 Success Stories from Our Team: Dafina’s Journey at a&o! 🌟 Dafina Bilalli, the FIRST a&o EMPLOYEE at HQ Pristina, is our Office Manager who plays an important role in various responsibilities, ranging from Administration and Finances to some aspects of Human Resources. She ensures the office operates efficiently, fosters smooth internal and external communication, and collaborates with colleagues across departments. Her a&o journey began on July 9, 2018, as a Service Center Agent. Starting with a small group of five employees pioneering a&o’s presence in Pristina, Dafina has been part of an exciting and challenging journey—helping to establish the foundation that has grown into the thriving Pristina office we know today. 📈 Over the past six years, Dafina has embraced new challenges and responsibilities along her career path. Each step has been a learning experience, from building strong communication within the team to ensuring operational excellence. Her dedication and growth ultimately led to her promotion to Office Manager! 🎉 A special thanks 🙏❤️ to Susanne Repscher and her team—Dafina’s biggest supporters since day one—as well as Donjeta Berisha, who provides endless advice and support to Dafina and trained her before she stepped into the Office Manager position.
