Toddler Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a full-time preschool teaching assistant to work with the 18 month through 3-year olds in our early childhood program in Ormond Beach! Responsibilities: •Create and maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
•Implement appropriate indoor and outdoor experiences for children.
•Attend school events and staff meetings, as needed.
•Communicate effectively with families and other staff members.
Desired Characteristics: •Someone who loves working with children and understands child development.
•Someone who has patience for supporting children.
•Someone who has energy and a willingness to engage with children on their level.
•A team player that communicates and takes initiatives.
•Someone energetic, responsible, and punctual and wants to learn and grow! •Verifiable experience with strong references.
•DCF certification desired, but not required at time of employment.
Must be willing to obtain.
