Accounts Receivable / Billing Associate

*Job Description* We are a fast-growing automotive parts & accessories manufacturer searching for a full-time AR Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to expand his/her skill set.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
*Job Description:* * Process customer sales orders * Prepare invoices and packing slips from sales orders for customer shipments.
* Invoice customers through various billing portals * Provide backup support for the front desk when the administrative assistant is out of the office * Assist administrative assistant with retail order processing during periods of high volume * Maintain filing system * Other duties as assigned *Job Requirements:* * Education: High School Degree/GED required; Associate’s Degree in accounting/finance preferred * Experience: 2 years of related experience in accounting/bookkeeping, experience.
* Must demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook * Must be familiar with accounting principles * Be a critical thinker and have the ability to problem solve * Detail-oriented * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely, efficient manner * Highly dependable and trustworthy - must maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data * Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.
