I am looking for professional as a roommate in this beautiful historic 2 story, 3 bedrooms home, located on Brown Street, just walking distance to UD, Miami Valley Hospital, and the Oregon District in downtown Dayton.
The location also offers quick access to I-35, providing short commutes to the Air Force base, WSU, and greater Dayton area.
The home is fully furnished, including a bed and a couple pieces of furniture in the guest bedroom that is for rent.
Either you can bring your own furnishings or feel free to use what is already there.
Total rent covers the use of all utilities and WiFi, as well as shared use of the smart TV and subscriptions.
There is also extra storage in addition to the guest room space if needed.
You must be a responsible, courteous, and kind individual and be actively employed or attending school.
