Current tenants are 45 years and up! clean and courteous.
Rent is $500 ALL BILLS PAID!!!
Note: There is a 50-dollar Pre-screen application deposit: If approved the pre-screen fee will be applied to your 1st month's rent.
Room Deposit is $250.
00 and must be paid upfront with 1st month's rent.
Landlord Takes Care of:
- Monthly Maid Service For Common Areas (Kitchen, Living room, Hallways, Bathrooms, and Basement)
- Lawn Care/Snow Removal
**2-3x House Manager Walk-Through (monthly basis) (Common Areas Only) 24-hour notices (Private rooms)
-(Credit/Criminal History Checks)-- (may not hinder approval so don't get discouraged I just need to know who I'm renting to.

-Bi-Monthly pest control (ENTIRE HOUSE)
-Washer and dryer available in the basement (Note: there is a wash day schedule)
-All included in monthly rent, paid by the landlord) makes it really easy to just move in and have a great spot with nothing to worry about from day 1.
This is a clean quiet place.
No parties, no loud music, no drugs, no pets, etc.
