A huge shoutout to Ondrej, Petra and the entire team of Raiffeisenbank Česká republika for their incredible work. We joint forces to elevate one of the most important design sprints in Czechia. And it really felt like a top secret mission. Step 1: The task force had unlimited access to strategie personas that were calibrated to mimic the target group. Step 2: Kamila, Petr and Matej created a quantitative report with over 70 questions, which boiled down to an elegant 10-page presentation in the end. ✅ We were happy to enable designers to ask not only the most pressing questions, but all the questions that pop up in their heads. ✅ We were happy to test all hypotheses (like 20?), not only the most promising ones. That is where the easter eggs can be found. This journey highlights the power of collaboration and AI-driven insights to bring strategy and customer focus to the forefront. Co se stane, když se o práci baví Gen Z a mileniálové? 👀 Před týdnem jsme spolu s Filip Mikschik odmoderovali panelovku v rámci předvánočního TRUESDAYS. 🎄 A jak už úvodní otázka napovídá, podívali jsme se během ní i na to, jaký je rozdíl v mindestu a přístupu k práci těchto dvou generací. 🥩 Beef ale nečekejte. Naši skvělí speakeři a foundeři skvěle rozjetých byznysů Kamila Zahradníčková (Lakmoos AI) a Petr Kovacik (BUDETO v závěru došli k tomu, že se jejich pohledy vlastně příliš neliší: - Že je normální změnit práci, pokud už nás nijak nerozvíjí. - Že je normální chtít mít v práci flexibilitu a prostor pro osobní život. - Že je normální myslet si, že je "naše" generace unikátní, přestože dost možná jen opakuje stejné nebo podobné vzorce. Osobně si myslím, že je trochu přežitek kategorizovat lidi do generačních škatulek. A že po flexibilitě, smysluplnosti a přidané hodnotě v práci touží vlastně každý - bez ohledu na věk nebo pracovní zkušenosti. 🎯 Co myslíte vy? Máte v týmu mileniály i generaci Z?
