MTO Program

Interloop welcomes fresh graduates including 50% women, across various functions through the annual Management Trainee Officers program. It is a 06 months contract that exposes MTOs to a variety of operational and strategic roles, creating enormous learning opportunities. The systematic and rigorous selection process includes written tests, assessment centre activities, and interviews. After final evaluation, successful MTOs are offered permanent jobs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Fresh graduates having at least 16 years of education from an accredited institution, recognised by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC)/Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or reputed foreign institutes, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 OR 70% marks (for local graduates) and 65% marks (for foreign graduates) in the following disciplines are eligible to apply.

MTO PROGRAM – FAQS

When is the MTO Program conducted?

Our MTO Program is conducted every year in May & June.

Will any stipend be paid in case I get selected in the MTO Program?

Yes, a monthly stipend will be paid throughout the 06 months training period.

Where will I be placed after the selection process?

The MTOs are placed across various functions in the company’s manufacturing plants and offices at Faisalabad and Lahore.

After getting shortlisted, Do I need to submit NTS Fee for the written test?

No, the NTS fee is fully borne by Interloop. You will be notified for the test both by NTS as well as Interloop mentioning all details about the test, via email and text message.

Does Company give TA/DA for Written Test/Selection Interview?

No, TA/DA is not offered for any written test or selection interview.

Can I give my preference for the test center city?

Yes, at the time of application submission, you can opt for the City of your preference for the test center.

What is the pass year eligibility criteria to apply for MTO Program 2022-23?

Only 2021 and 2022 passed graduates are eligible to apply with maximum age of 26 years.
