Graduates

For newly graduates internships are often the first step for a career at Pirelli. The length and characteristics of internships may vary from country to country due to local university systems, but the values of the experience remain the same: meritocracy, empowerment and personal development.

Once in Pirelli, all newly graduates join a 2 years long onboarding program named WarmingUp@Pirelli, designed to guide their first steps into our Company and to equip them with instruments, methods and suggestions to understand its complexity and effectively face the initial business task.

The Warming Up learning program includes 4 main steps:

  1. A first official welcome to all new employees to understand Pirelli culture and strategy
  2. A journey through the company functions to have a deeper understanding of the Company processes
  3. A chance to gain effective tools and ways of working focused on our working environment
  4. A final moment of self-reflection to put into perspective their experience in Pirelli so far and think about their future into the Company
