Beacon 360 Management is searching for an experienced Property Manager with advancement to an Area Manager for several properties within the Newark, Ohio area.

Responsibilities include:
* Hands-on leasing, using One Site Management software.
* Maintaining a high level of customer service for residents.
* Accountable for REACs, MORs, Recertifications, and other HUD-related assessments and compliance activities.
* Ensuring that deadlines and goals are met for the property.
* Providing leadership through any emergencies that may arise.
Applicants must be able to:
* Work independently and be flexible to the changing needs of a property, but also be able to work well with others and provide leadership for the property's team.
* Have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
* Have a minimum of three (3) years of general supervisory experience in a affordable housing management capacity.
* HUD and/or other subsidized/affordable housing property management experience is required.
* A High School diploma or GED is required.
A college degree is preferred, but not required,
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
* Experience with One Site software is preferred, but not required.
