Legal Assistant (Immigration)(French, Fulani or Spanish)

Immigration Legal Assistant (French/Spanish/Fulani) The Nemecek Firm.
is seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual, who is looking for a career as a paralegal.
The paralegal will assist attorney(s) in the preparation and filing of immigration applications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and a strong passion for helping immigrants.
Proficiency in Spanish or French and English is required.
Key job duties include: Communicating with clients and third parties to obtain documents.
Reviewing documents from clients.
Drafting forms and legal documents for attorney review.
Tracking tasks and managing deadlines.
Learning and understanding immigration processes.
Requirements: Bachelors degree + at least 1 year of office experience is preferred.
Fluency in English at a native level.
Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus, ideally, French, Spanish or Fulani Strong writing and organization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.
00 - $42,000.
