This role will be responsible for providing legal consultation and advice to Worthington Steel, its subsidiaries and its affiliates.
Provides legal advice and services on a wide range of matters, including; contract review, drafting and negotiation; labor and employment issues; compliance and regulatory issues; and risk/litigation management.
Required Qualifications :
3-7 years of experience at a leading law firm or corporate legal department (or combination thereof);

from a selective law school, admitted to practice law and good standing in Ohio or another state with ability to become licensed or registered as in-house counsel in Ohio within 12 months and as soon as possible upon hire;
Outstanding written and oral business communication skills;
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills;
Strong drafting and negotiating skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with both flexibility and effective time management skills to balance multiple priorities;
Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for projects; and
Strong commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance.
