*Primary Responsibilities:*
Office of Children and Youth Licensing (OCY):
* Keep a vigilant eye on rules, subscribe to updates, and bookmark essential references.
* Navigate the monitoring cycle with precision.
* Proactively handle complaints, initiating internal investigations and compliance with requests.
Department of Youth Services (DYS) Certification:
* Master the rules, bookmark crucial references, and adapt policies and procedures as needed.
* Expertly manage the application/monitoring cycle, ensuring compliance with visits and WECARE requirements.
Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OMHAS) Certification:
* Stay subscribed to rules and stay ahead of the application/monitoring cycle.
* Navigate LACTS & i-Portal with finesse, ensuring seamless compliance.
Medicaid/Managed Care Entities (MCE):
* Be the compliance beacon by subscribing to rules and managing the Provider Network Management (PNM) System with expertise.
Qualified Residential Treatment Provider (QRTP) Compliance:
* Navigate the Residential Treatment Information System (RTIS) for efficient workload maintenance and placement management.
Accreditation:
* Maintain an unwavering commitment to accreditation standards, especially from The Joint Commission (TJC).
Treatment Team:
* Track compliance scores and facilitate resident discussions with finesse.
Data:
* Aggregately collect restraint data and conduct stakeholder surveys for residents, placing agencies, parents/families, and employees.
* Keep a keen eye on treatment completion percentages, Average Length of Stay (ALOS), and other critical metrics.
Building:
* Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, conduct drills, and maintain facilities with precision.
