LOAN COMPLIANCE OFFICER The Loan Compliance Officer is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining processes and procedures for loan products and grants offered by the Minority Business Development Division.
The Loan Compliance Officer will work with Department of Development staff, lenders and Community Development Financial Institutions to ensure documentation meets programmatic criteria and annual reporting guidelines.
The Loan Compliance Officer must have experience with business lending and the documentation required to process and close business loans.
The Loan Compliance Officer must also have the ability to establish process and procedures, strong organizational skills, file management ability and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications 1.
Working knowledge in compliance area of a business, or commercial lending department.
2.
Working knowledge of business loan documentation 3.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting OR Bachelor’s Degree in another area + previous work experience in business or commercial lending.
4.
Economic development/business development experience helpful.
5.
Experience in establishing and monitoring adherence to processes and procedures.
6.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
7.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
8.
Strong proficiency in using MS Office and file management.
This position is required to work in the office Monday-Friday with flexibility in starting and ending times.
