Associate Attorney Duties: - Maintain a caseload of personal injury clients - Meeting with clients and provide legal advice and guidance - Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process - Investigate claims - Request documentation - Draft demands and negotiate settlements Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.
D.
