What You'll Be Doing: Under direction, presides over or represents BWC at quasi-judicial administrative hearings, including hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission (“IC”) and BWC’s Adjudicating Committee Advises business units on employer compliance and employer fraud matters Prepares difficult cases to represent the BWC at IC hearings (e.
