Job Introduction:
HYBRID role-must live within a commutable distance to downtown, Columbus, OH.
This role supports the Ohio Credentialing project.
Duties/Responsibilities: - Provide authoritative guidance to internal business teams on corporate goals and objectives relation to contract activity.
- Work directly with client to identify issues and provide appropriate business team contact with client to create solution - Interact and communicate as appropriate with finance/accounting, legal and business team disciplines for resolution of contract issues and disputes.
- Acts as subject matter expert on contract scope, SLAs and objectives - Manage contract process to include amendments, client challenges, etc - Evaluate and monitor contractor performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contract and compliance to current contractual obligations.
- Assist leadership by providing input on the formulation, development, and/or revision of policies, procedures, and strategies for the organization.
- Ensure staffing/operations/compliance plans are appropriately updated - Develops and maintains professional relationship with client, vendors and contractors.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all levels of the business , in person and through electronic communication - Works closely with Business Owner to ensure compliance and contractual obligations are met - Creates reporting that identify trends that are out of SLAs or scope and ensures distribution to necessary stakeholders - Exerts influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the contract, as well as, to decisions relation to contract adherence - Provides the coordination of reporting that demonstrates SLA compliance - Ability to read and understand contract language and translate to all levels of business.
- Works with considerable judgement and initiative - Develops solutions to complex problems.
- Maintains contract database and associated files.
