Wanted Builder to demolish and rebuild a small 1500 sq ft home - $100,000 (Cedar hill)

Wanted Bid on small 1000sqft home torn down and rebuild about a 1500 sqft 2 or 3 Br with 1 1/2 baths , with a small walkout basement … with a 2 car garage ( some original basement maybe usable , but maybe not ) .

Would like a shell home with exterior finished, and inside finished , excluding paint and flooring and fixtures , I should be able to take care of all that … If interested and can do the job I will set up a time and you can come and give me you’re cost and I’ll have to run it by my money person , and hopefully can get it done .

Timeframe , probably not need until Jan .
2025 to start project , we’ll have to get a storage trailer , and I’ll either get a Motorhome to live in while you’re doing the job or live with family … The location is in cedar hill on a Nice little quiet street
