Global Growth Solutions: Incorporating rules When starting a BPO company overseas you have a couple of options to make it LEGIT. The first option is to find a wife who shares your vision and BPO dream. This route allows you citizenship and will allow you to work right away for yourself. The second option is finding 4 partners to incorporate with. In the Philippines you need 4 Manila residents to incorporate and you get the lion share. If your an enterprise looking to expand operations you'll have to pay the tiny island a fee. It typically ranges from 250-500k USD but youll be able to operate stress free. My plan is to incorporate with 4 local Filipinos. One of the partners must be an attorney for all legalities and to keep us very legal. The other three are there for legal purposes they would be silent partners who would receive their share for there time (they could also help me hire). A US presence would be needed to. I will have to register many DBA's and network at the "chambers of commerce" too for additional contacts. The advantage I have is nobody has experience outsourcing so education will be key to help me gather client after client. 2025?
