I am grateful for the hands on experience at the Inclusion Factory which focus on Inclusive development through D&I. SAP solutions play a vital role in enabling the differently abled employees in visualization of goal management, realtime production data updates, automatic alert for order delay, intergration for data exchange. My tasks initially looked easy but but to do it with precision, ontime was challenging meeting the goals. It gave me a deep understanding of the skills that are needed and how the non profit establishment fosters inclusion and promotes skills of their employees.
