Our story began in 2012 in an alley called Jiangbianli. At that time, milk tea shops often used low-quality ingredients. This was frustrating for Neo, who was 19 years old and drinking “milk tea” that was made with non-dairy powder and tea powder instead of fresh milk and real tea. Thinking differently, Neo created the first-ever Cheese Tea in his own kitchen. By softening the overpowering tea taste with a layer of fine cheese foam made with real milk, it created a sweet aftertaste that perfectly catered to the young crowd, marking the start of a new era of tea. The delightful tea aroma lingered in the alley, inspiring us to reimagine this ancient beverage with a modern twist.
