Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

*We are seeking a Full-Time CSR/Dispatcher who:* - Has the ability to multitask.
- Can answer live phone calls and input customer information.
- Has a basic understanding of the area and surrounding locations.
- Is computer savvy.
- Is exceptional with Customer Service.
- Has attention to detail.
- Is a Team Player! *Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:* - Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, appointment updates, as well as follow ups.
- Work directly with the technicians for scheduling and coordinating their jobs.
- Respond to emails and online appointment requests.
- Determine the best route daily for technician.
- Work as a liaison between technician and customer when needed.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction is JUST BETTER! - Data and Record entry as well as miscellaneous administrative tasks.

* *Training:* - You will be trained onsite for the position.
*Experience/Education:* - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Microsoft Office - Customer Service - 1+ Year CSR/Dispatcher Experience Required.
- Knowledge of Service Titan is a PLUS! *Schedule* - This position will be Monday – Friday between the hours of 7AM – 6PM with a 1-hour Lunch - Once a month on call schedule (will elaborate upon interview) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
