Description:
· Present professional image of Summit Square at all times.
· Answer incoming calls courteously and promptly.
· Take and forward messages accurately; notify team members of emergency messages promptly.
· Greet residents, visitors, guests, contractors, and team members with warmth and sincerity and provide accurate information to assist them in their visit.
Assign badges as requested.
· Respond quickly to pendant alarms and relays information appropriately while maintaining a calm composure.
· Maintain online calendars accurately for guest room reservations and meeting room reservations.
· Maintain appropriate resident/team member contact information accurately.
· Notify appropriate team members of any resident leave of absence.
· Provide guest WIFI passwords.
· Key work requests into electronic maintenance request system as needed.
· Drive company vehicles to transport residents after hours when necessary.
· Perform rounds throughout the building at least two times during the shift.
· Document marketing event RSVP information accurately.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
· Attend all in-services, trainings, and meetings as required by company policies and Federal/State Regulations.
· Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following safety rules and guidelines; follow good housekeeping practices, take proper care of equipment and perform job duties and responsibilities in a safe and responsible manner.
Uses chemicals safely and appropriately.
· Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and punctuality.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a general office type environment with normal lighting levels, temperature ranges, air quality, ventilation, and noise levels.
Temperatures vary with the season and location.
Work Schedule:
Work assignments and schedules are based on resident needs and staffing requirements and may be changed as needed.
Weekend/holiday work schedules are part of regular scheduling.
Overtime may be required as needed.

Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Front Desk Assistant are to welcome and direct visitors with warmth and sincerity upon arrival and provide accurate and speedy information to callers to assist in their needs.
The Front Desk Assistant is also responsible for making the evening rounds throughout the inside and outside of the building.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Prior work experience in the long-term care industry or working with older adults preferred.
· Ability to communicate with older population with varying mental and physical capabilities.
· Ability to work with confidential information and maintain its integrity.
· Strong customer service skills; maintain a hospitality approach when engaging all individuals.
