Overview:*The Animal Hospital of Waynesboro* is looking for another outstanding, people-oriented candidate to join our fabulous CSR team! *Top applicants MUST have a positive, can-do attitude, exceptional communication & **_critical thinking skills_**, a passion for serving the needs of pet owners/clients, **_the stamina needed for a high volume service environment_**, and the ability to work any shift (morning or evening).
*These requirements are absolutely necessary given the complexity of responsibilities.
Our CSRs provide the first and last impressions of our hospital and are instrumental in managing client relations.
*This incredibly important, and often complicated, role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, texts, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing*.
CSRs are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine so they can appropriately schedule doctor visits, take medication refill requests, and educate our clients.
* We are looking for a **_full-time employee_**.
Candidates must be able to work morning and evening shifts (evenings as late as 8:30 pm) on a regular basis.
Do note that all CSRs are also required to work some Saturdays (every 3-5 weeks).
