Afternoon Customer Care Associate

We are looking to fill a part-time afternoon position.
The hours are 3:00pm - 6:30pm Monday-Friday.
*The right candidate will possess the following:* * An ability to work with both people and dogs * Be comfortable with all sizes and breeds of dogs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and value client relationships * Be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision * Be able to communicate clearly and frequently with clients, co-workers and managers.
* An ability to work well within a team * Be able to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented in a fast-paced work environment * Be reliable and on-time for work.
* Be computer proficient *Job Duties Include but are not limited to:* * Greeting clients and visitors * Assist with sending dogs home from daycare and boarding * Utilizing self-management skills to perform a variety of routine clerical, reception and office support functions such as answering phones, emails and customer contact forms.
* Use our professional software to schedule dogs for daycare and boarding as well as scheduling assessments for new dogs * Run payments for services and enter into our POS system * Verify incoming merchandise and enter into inventory * Light cleaning Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $14.
