This year, the celebration was held again at the exquisite #Chalet #Restaurant at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, a venue celebrated for its breathtaking ambiance, making it the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening. The event was hosted by Yasemin Öztürk, Head of Swiss Business Hub Türkiye, and Arpat Senocak, President of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Türkiye. We were honoured by the presence of H.E. Guillaume Scheurer, Ambassador of Switzerland to Türkiye, Philippe Brandt, Consul General of Switzerland in Istanbul, and Fazlı Çorman, Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Zurich. This past week has been nothing short of incredible!⭐️ We wrapped up a week full of #meetings, #connecting with inspiring people, and getting to know some truly #innovative companies across #Switzerland. After starting our journey in #Zurich earlier this week, we continued with productive meetings in the city before heading to #Lausanne to connect with more inspiring people and learn about fascinating companies. We had the privilege of meeting with Learniverse (Formerly BeEdu), EDGE Empower®, Rieter, TRS - Tyre Recycling Solutions SA and EHL engaging in insightful discussions and exploring new opportunities to #strengthen the ties between #Switzerland and #Türkiye. 📌 A big #thank #you to everyone who welcomed us, shared their expertise, and contributed to making this week so impactful. Last week, Ambassador Guillaume Scheurer and Consul General Philippe Brandt met with Mayor of Istanbul, Ekrem İmamoğlu. They discussed opportunities to strengthen the friendly relations between #Switzerland and #Türkiye. As we approach the #100th #anniversary of Türkiye - Switzerland Friendship Agreement in 2025, this milestone offers a valuable opportunity to deepen our cultural and economic ties. Switzerland is committed to working with #Istanbul on global challenges like climate change, sustainable development and migration. 🤝

It was an honor for #Swiss #Ambassador to Türkiye Guillaume Scheurer to participate as a speaker at the 15th Bosphorus Summit in Istanbul ''Building Bridges Towards the Future: Peace, Technology, Sustainability.'' 🌱 He emphasized that through the GESDA Anticipatory Gateway Initiative Switzerland supports the anticipation of scientific advancements to harness their benefits so that they can be shared by everyone in the world. With this initiative Switzerland helps to bridge science and policy to address critical global challenges. It seeks to democratize access to cutting-edge science and technology, ensuring that these advancements serve humanity and drive positive global impact. 🌍 As Swiss Business Hub Türkiye, we were delighted to accompany Ambassador Scheurer at this significant event, underscoring our dedication to #fostering #collaborations that build a #sustainable and inclusive future.

We wrapped up an incredibly productive fact-finding mission in Istanbul with SVIT Schweiz! 🌟 Last week’s journey took us through some of Istanbul's most inspiring developments—from Rixos Tersane İstanbul, Çamlıca Tower, Istanbul Financial Center, Galataport İstanbul, Taksim 360 to other iconic destinations such as Fişekhane, Özak Global Holding, Emaar Square Mall and the Atatürk Kültür Merkezi. In addition to these impressive locations, we also had valuable meetings with Emlak Konut GYO and GYODER / Gayrimenkul Yatırımcıları Derneği, deepening our understanding of the sector’s dynamics. 📌 Beyond these stunning locations, we were honored to connect with distinguished individuals from both the #governmental and #private sectors. These invaluable interactions have opened doors to insightful discussions and potential collaborations, strengthening our commitment to #fostering #partnerships.   One of the highlights was a beautiful dinner with Mr. A. Burak Dağlıoğlu, President of the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye (ISPAT), where he generously shared his insights into Türkiye’s #investment #landscape and provided a valuable #economic #outlook.   Our heartfelt thanks go out to the partners and stakeholders who made this visit a success, with a special acknowledgment to the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Türkiye for their continuous support. 🙏🏼 Already looking forward to next year when we welcome an even larger #delegation to explore #new #opportunities in Türkiye’s dynamic landscape! 🚀
