What are the best ways to optimize products for international markets?
In my experience, first and foremost company needs to evaluate , why the want to grow internationally: grow user base, smartly increase revenue, get access to market players (partners, investors, grants). Depending on the goal, markets need to be assessed by a variety of criterias, for example: ease of localization, laws, economic stability, GDP/ capital, competitors MAU, etc. After that initial step in the chosen market(s) the simplest first step is the language localization - consider translating first app stores and website + keywords, after the application itself. Check how the numbers are doing, if you see initial traction like traffic increase, then invest in further product localization step by step.

You're a beginner in marketing automation software. How can you choose the most user-friendly option?
In my experience it always helps to 1. first start from first defining business goals (is that retention, growth of users or revenue) and outlining the marketing funnel 2. then looking at why it does not work now as you wish it did (unable to create more assets for paid ads or maybe setting up email campaigns take a lot of time , etc) - don’t jump into solutions, hypothesize why it‘s not as high or grows as fast as needed? 3. prioritize the areas where you can see most of the growth and choose 2-3. 4. understand your requirements (tech stack, other tools used, compatibility needs ) 5. now you are ready to move to research phase ⏩
