💭 Is climbing the corporate ladder the only path to a fulfilling career? At this year's Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF), we were delighted to be part of an inspiring panel discussion on the SFF Talent Stage, where Hannah Hall-Turner, Regional Head of People & Culture APAC, joined industry leaders from Grab, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation – SMBC Group, UOB and The Breimer Group to discuss the evolving career landscape and how organisations can empower individuals to develop in roles that align with their unique strengths. The session highlighted that: 💡 There is more than one route to career success. Both individual contributors and managers bring unique value to an organisation, and both career paths offers distinct opportunities for growth and impact. 💡 Leadership is not necessarily defined by a title - individual contributors lead the projects they own, bringing vision and their expertise to steer initiatives in their teams. 💡 Organisations play a vital role in fostering an environment where individuals in both career paths are nurtured through upskilling and development opportunities that align with individual strengths and aspirations. Special thanks to GFTN for inviting us to be part of the SFF Talent Stage and to all who joined us at the session. Thank you to all the speakers for the exchange of insights! "We believe that digitalisation will revolutionise healthcare, just like many other areas. With the help of data, surgeons will be able to perform their procedures even better." In our Future of Healthcare Ecosystems thought leader series, we speak with thought leaders from medtech and public health to explore how technological innovation and cross-sector collaboration is transforming healthcare delivery, improving patient outcomes and addressing the growing challenges faced by healthcare systems in the region. At the heart of the AI revolution, the biggest challenges remains: How do financial institutions overcome POCitis - where promising Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects stall - and transition to impactful, production-ready solutions? At this year's Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF), we deep-dived into the topic of "Operationalising GenAI at scale: From prototype to production" on SFF's Technology Stage and through a fireside chat together with Splore - Knowledge Work Automation. We discussed best practices to scale GenAI POCs to real-world applications and shared real-life case studies of our experiences in tackling complex challenges. Here are some main takeaways from the sessions: 💡 Establishing early and continuous governance is essential to certify that AI solutions meet regulatory, security and ethical standards and avoid production roadblocks. 💡 A user-centred approach builds trust and ensures AI solutions are practical and well-integrated by involving users from problem definition through testing. 💡 Clear KPIs from the outset allow stakeholders to measure progress and make certain that the solution delivers tangible business value. Special thanks to GFTN for the partnership on the SFF Technology Stage, Splore for the opportunity to collaborate as well as everyone in the audience who joined us at our sessions. A big thank you to all our speakers for sharing their knowledge and expertise! - Andrea Perl, Data & AI Lead, Zühlke - Shaun Lai, Data Lead APAC, Zühlke - Vihang Patel, CEO, Splore GenAI is transforming financial services in remarkable ways. AI’s transformative potential in healthcare is undeniable. Imagine being able to detect diseases or rifle through drug combinations at lightning speed with the help of a machine learning algorithm. Or the ability to deliver personalised, 24/7 care from chatbots trained on centuries of medical knowhow. Or freeing up time-pressed practitioners by automating manual tasks. It sounds incredible, but where does the hypothetical end and the practical begin? Find the answer in our new whitepaper: https://lnkd.in/dURBQDBy

Tokenised money is not just a concept; it’s unlocking new possibilities for the future of finance. Wrapping up a dynamic start to GFTN #InsightsForum with an insightful roundtable on the topic of "The future belongs to those who prepare today – readying for tokenized money" where we explored the unique roles that stablecoins, tokenised deposits and both retail and wholesale CBDCs will play in the ecosystem. Here are some main takeaways from the session: 💡 Financial institutions must build scalable frameworks that can handle the demands of tokenised assets, ensuring efficiency and security at scale. 💡 Working closely with regulators will be essential to create a trusted environment that supports innovation while protecting consumers. 💡 It's important to focus on the specific use cases, benefits and value these digital money ultimately bring to end consumers. 💡 Successful adoption of tokenised money relies on partnerships with technology providers, regulatory bodies and other financial institutions, fostering an ecosystem ready for this new era. A big thank you to all speakers for sharing their knowledge and expertise as well as the audience for joining us! The rise of tokenised money in financial services is creating new pathways for innovation. Keen to dive deeper into this topic?
