🎙 Podcast of the Week: The Investment Case for Nature and Climate Adaptation 📣 This week’s podcast from Responsible Investor takes a deep dive into the emerging role of nature-based solutions and climate adaptation strategies in sustainable investing. As businesses and governments increasingly recognize that biodiversity and ecosystem resilience are key to long-term stability and growth, the spotlight has turned to how investors can meaningfully integrate nature into their portfolios. 🔍 The discussion explores how preserving natural capital—from wetlands restoration to sustainable agriculture—can help mitigate climate risks and generate sustainable returns. But how can investors accurately measure biodiversity impact? What policies and frameworks are shaping the market? And how can we differentiate credible strategies from those that risk greenwashing? 💬 Join host Lucy Fitzgeorge-Parker as she engages with expert guest Debbie Wylie, ESG Investment Consultant at Fidelity International, to unpack these questions. They explore the importance of robust data and standards, the evolution of policy responses, and tangible examples of investment opportunities that support climate resilience and safeguard the world’s natural ecosystems. 🔗 Listen here: https://lnkd.in/euyxxxv5
