🧀 At New Roots, Freddy Hunziker and cheesemaker Klaus were thrilled to present our own journey, sharing our #strategy and #vision and how we’ve reimagined traditional cheesemaking with a plant-based approach. What makes us unique is our #commitment to managing the entire supply chain—from cultivating the best crops and refining sustainable cultivation practices to crafting top-quality products. Taking action into our own hands is uncommon in food production, but it's essential for delivering #excellence while honoring our values.
